Functionality, convenience and consumer appeal: SiMoGel™ gelatin solution for fortified gummies

Naturally versatile and full of functional potential, gelatin is a sustainable ingredient solution suitable for use in everything from clean-label gummy confectionery or dairy products to eco-friendly pharmaceutical delivery forms. At FiE and HiE, Rousselot will showcase its latest SiMoGel gelatin solution which enables the production of soft gummies and even center-filled gummies, without traditional starch depositing.
