We, at Ulmer Nahrungsmittel GmbH, are traditional family owned manufacturer of highly sophisticated, customised breadcrumb and breadcrumb mixes, coating systems, flour breading systems, wheat flour, semolina and cake mixes, founded in 1465, with three modern production facilities in Germany. Sustainability and traceability are very important for us and our customer, therefore we do source our raw material wheat very close around our wheat flour mills. The wheat flour we do need we do produce in our own facilities. This guarantees very short transportation ways and reduced CO2 output. We are a reliable longterm partner for our international customers in the meat, fish, convenience, snack, vegetarian and bakery industries as well as for our national and international operating retail customer. We are certified on IFS6 higher level as well as Halal, Kosher and EU Organic.
