Azelis, the reference innovation service provider in the speciality chemicals and food ingredients industry, will showcase its latest Food & Nutrition innovations at Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) 2025, taking place from 2 to 4 December at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, France. At booth 4.0G120, Hall 4, Azelis will bring the lively world of street food to life, presenting a selection of creative formulations developed by its Food & Nutrition laboratories across Europe.

This year, Azelis’s presence is inspired by the creativity and comfort of global street food, reflecting consumers’ growing desire for accessible, affordable and indulgent foods with a modern twist. From quick bites to shareable treats, the showcase highlights new flavours, textures and formats that combine innovation with everyday enjoyment.

  • Live kitchen demonstrations offering an interactive tasting experience inspired by street food trends.
  • Insights from technical experts on affordability, convenience and better-for-you innovation.

Among the highlights are vegetarian empanadas, Dubai chocolate muffins, banana and cherry smoothie powder, alcohol-free vanilla-rum cream, pizza waffles, vegan nuggets, freeze-dried yoghurt bites, fire kissed almonds and more.

Azelis has been selected to take part in the Innovation Tour on the first day (2 December, 11:00–12:30) in the Reformulation category. Led by industry experts, the tour will spotlight how companies are addressing major market trends at Fi Europe, with Azelis’s Food & Nutrition experts showcasing their innovative approach to creating smarter, more sustainable solutions for modern customers.

The event also marks the joint participation of the newly integrated Haarla and Hortimex teams within Azelis’s Food & Nutrition network in the Nordics and Poland, further strengthening its regional reach and technical capabilities across Europe.
