The BMI offers, as a result of its efficient research and decades of experience in technical production processes related to powder products, whey derivatives under the brand "Bayolan". They are primarily utilised as different ingredients for the food industry. Apart from sweet whey powder, spray dried, for use in pastries/confectionaries, bars and drinks, is a wide range of special products included with excellent processing qualities and functionalities. Almost all products are available in organic, halal and kosher quality. We are one of the largest German manufacturers of whey powder and the largest provider of organic whey powder with expertise in all areas related to standardised semi-finished products. Customised solutions are our special subject.
