Product description

Carochoc is produced from the pulp once it has been separated from the seed through a thermal and mechanical/physical treatment. It is a high natural carbohydrate content product, with as much as an 80% content. It does not contain allergenic antibodies or theobromine and it is free of caffeine stimulants with a low fat content. It contains vitamin A, B1, B2 calcium, magnesium and iron. As it is a natural, healthy product, it has a wide range of applications in the food industry in sectors such as confectionary, ice creams, drinks, syrups and pharmacology.
