Product description

Cocoa Fiber CO is a preparation obtained from roasted cocoa husks by cleaning, micronization and sterilization (heat-steam). The production process is only physical and does not involve any chemical treatment. The product is 100% natural.

Brown colour, the taste and aroma characteristic for cocoa powder are preserved. The preparation can be used as a component for bakery and other products. Cocoa Fiber CO may replace up to 100% of cocoa powder at 1:1 ratio (depending on cocoa powder colour).

  • content of dietary fiber - min. 60% in dry mass
  • pH value - 4-7
