28 Oct 2016Danone has announced the successful launch of a €6.2 billion multi-tranche bond issue which will enable it to finance part of the acquisition of WhiteWave and to reduce the amount of its bridging loan.
Danone has announced the successful launch of a €6.2 billion multi-tranche bond issue which will enable it to finance part of the acquisition of WhiteWave and to reduce the amount of the bridging loan that was contracted in July 2016 from its main banks, after settlement of the bond issue.
The company said that the bond issue was widely subscribed by a diversified investor base.
