Our natural Faba Protein 65 contains up to 75% protein. Faba protein concentrate is produced from faba beans via a dry, mechanical separation process. The bean is stripped of its hull and skin, after which the protein and starch fractions are separated. The result is a fine, creamy/light-yellow protein concentrate which is an excellent nutritional ingredient for bakery, meat and snack products. Furthermore, it exhibits emulsifying properties, making it a suitable egg replacer for vegan alternatives.
