Flavours inspired by the Year of the Dragon

Often associated with royalty, power and ambition, the Dragon is a symbol of success and prosperity. When combined with the Wood element, the Dragon becomes a token of growth, creativity and revival.

This year, our flavourists let their imagination run wild and formulated several flavours inspired by the year of the Dragon.

Therefore, our R&D teams developed three creative and gourmet flavouring concepts:

Fiery Fantasy – a range of unique and imaginative flavours, which will take you to the heart of an enchanted aromatic universe. Are you up for the challenge? Can you guess which ingredients inspired our teams to create those fiery fantasy flavours?

Floral Attraction – a range of sophisticated combinations of fruity and floral notes such as chrysanthemum, cherry blossom and lotus flower, deeply rooted in Asian culture, where each flower has a specific symbolism.  

Delicately Twisted – a range of bold combinations pairing traditional Asian flavours with a hint of eccentricity. Will you be brave enough to try our latest creations: mochi & durian, mango & gochujang (Korean chili paste) and dragon fruit & Sichuan pepper?

To present this new range, we have adapted our different concepts to three types of applications: dark chocolate, gummies and soft drinks with tea extract.
