Boswellia, or Indian frankincense, is a resin derived from the Boswellia tree, which has been used in traditional medicine practices for centuries worldwide. Also known as Olibanum, Frankincense is full of active bio components like Alpha-pinene Limonene, Sabinene, Beta-caryophyllene Alpha-thujene, etc., responsible for its unique aroma. The presence of boswellic acid contributes to its excellent anti-inflammatory properties.
