Carrageenan obtained by aqueous extraction of Indonesia local strains of Rhodophyceae (Red seaweed). We offer to customize pure carrageenan and carrageenan blend product to match customers needs.
Galicgum JG-J Series - specially formulated to provide a fine gel texture with good elasticity, good flavor release in the final product.
Galicgum JG-M Series - specially formulated for processed meat products as binder and extender that significantly lower purge or syneresis, increase cooking yield, and improve texture and sliceability without altering the color and flavor of the final product. 

Galicgum JG-D Series - ideal for stabilizing milk-based application and imparting highly improved texture, excellent mouthfeel, and a good flavor release to the final product at low usage levels. 

Galicgum JG-A Series - standardized with sugar and other food grade blending additives to serve as a gelling agent for air freshener gel application. It will provide excellent syneresis control in the finished products. 

Galicgum JG-JM Series - Series designed for use as a thickening and texturizing agent for jam’s application.
