Gum Arabic is the natural gummy exuded obtained by tapping the branches of the acacia senegal tree and its closely related species.  It is an essential element used in confectionery; bakery; beverages; encapsulated flavors; pharmaceutical and vitamins; chemical and cosmetic; high fiber formulation; printing, colors and textile; formulations miscellaneous. 
Gum Arabic has the outstanding characteristics for Emulsifier, stabilizer, thickener, gelling agent,   film forming, low cholesterol, high fiber (about 94%), low viscosity at high concentration, scentless, colourless, tasteless, non toxic, GMO free and binding agent. It functions very well  for mouth feeling  improved, coating, preventing sugar crystallization, adhesive and binding properties, flavour encapsulation, fat replacement, acid stability, dissolve well both  in room temperature till hot water.
