Gum Arabic has the
outstanding characteristics for Emulsifier, stabilizer, thickener, gelling
agent, film forming, low cholesterol,
high fiber (about 94%), low viscosity at high concentration, scentless,
colourless, tasteless, non toxic, GMO free and binding agent. It functions very
well for mouth feeling improved,
coating, preventing sugar crystallization, adhesive and binding properties,
flavour encapsulation, fat replacement, acid
stability, dissolve well both in room
temperature till hot water.
