Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) is a versatile product and used in pharmaceutical formulations as Excipient. MCC is also used in food industries as an anti-caking agent and bulking agent. 
Microcrystalline Cellulose is derived from wood pulp and the most common from is used in vitamin supplements or tablets. 
MCC can stabilize emulsions in milk beverages, ice cream, and salad dressings. 
MCC can be used to bulk up dairy products, baked goods, desserts, and more. 
MCC (As an anti-caking agent) can prevent clumping in peanut butter powder and grated cheese. 
MCC is used as a dietary fiber in many foods.
