Leatherhead appoints director for nutrition & innovation

Arthur joined Leatherhead in 2014 to run the Strategic Insight team. Her previous roles have included Company Nutritionist for Marks and Spencer and running her own nutrition and marketing consultancy. This wide mix of expertise is exactly what is needed for the growing number of requests for cross functional projects by Leatherhead members and other clients, the company said.
