An easily and quickly dispersible practically flavorless carbohydrate that varies depending on the DE value. VIREDEX maltodextrin is made in a wide dextrose equivalent spectrum (DE between 12-35) according to the demands, under highly severe hygiene conditions. VIREDEX maltodextrin produced in consistent quality is an excellent raising agent, carrier substance and texture enhancer whose most important properties are its high solubility and its ideally formed grain structure that is provided by our tailor made drying equipment.

The optimization of the product use is ensured by adequate solubility thanks to which no extra energy in-take is needed when using VIREDEX maltodextrin.
