This makes Potato Cheezz suitable to use for fat-reduced and salt-reduced applications that are surprisingly tasty. After a cooling period below 7 degrees Celsius, followed by a few days in storage, Potato Cheezz develops a firm texture. This enables Potato Cheezz to remarkably mimic the creamy texture of cheese in various applications, without sticking to teeth or the palate. The result is a soft, melting cheese-like pleasure that indulges the senses. Potato Cheezz is completely in line with the growing consumer demand to eat more plant-based and eco-friendly.
