MILDER-SAL(M-SAL) is a vinegar-based food improver that extends shelf life of food products while simultaneously improving taste and texture.

M-SAL has strong antimicrobial effects and can be used in delicatessen (noodles, rice or meat dishes, fillings, etc.) to improve the quality of foods.

The recommended amount of M-SAL is 0.3%~1.0% against the total food weight.

The control food sample without MILDER-SAL went rotten on the 1st - 2nd day, while the experimental food sample containing 1% of MILDER-SAL prevented bacterial growth even on the 7th day.
