Natural Caffeine Micro-encapsulated - TASTE MASKING and SLOW RELEASE EFFECT

MEC is our natural caffeine coated with different vegetal oils. It is dedicated to solid application with processing temperatures up to 45°C (sunflower coating) and 85°C (castor coating).  It contains 60% of natural caffeine and 40% of vegetable fat.MEC was developed in order to offer all benefits of natural caffeine without its typical bitterness. The slow release of active principle makes it suitable for special applications such as chewing gums, candies, energy powder and bars.

Physical Form: Granular
Standard Packaging: 10 kg or 25 kg fibre drums
