Mondelēz reports "solid" results for 4Q, year

Mondelēz has reported its fourth quarter and full-year 2017 results.

In the fourth quarter, net revenues increased 2.9%.Organic Net Revenue increased 2.4%.Operating income margin was 12.1%, up 460 basis points. Adjusted EPS was $0.57 and grew 21% on a constant-currency basis.

For the full year, net revenues decreased 0.1%, driven by divestitures that offset Organic Net Revenue growth and currency tailwinds. Organic Net Revenue increased 0.9%. Operating income margin was 13.5%, up 360 basis points. Adjusted EPS was $2.14 and grew 15% on a constant-currency basis.

For 2018, the company expects Organic Net Revenue to increase 1 to 2%. The company expects Adjusted Operating Income margin of approximately 17%. The company also expects double-digit Adjusted EPS growth on a constant-currency basis.
