Plant-based diets, functional foods, sugar reduction and digestive health are key to success in the food & beverage industry. Nordmann together with its strong and proven partners offers a continuously expanding portfolio of products addressing these trends and therefore support its customers creating food and beverages products meeting the customers’ expectations.
One focus at Nordmann's booth will be on new concepts – such as for reducing salt and sugar and using plant-based proteins alternative for healthy nutrition. With the new product developments from its partners, like the new stevia generation PureCircleTM Bio Reb M, the pea-based protein isolate VITESSENCE® Pulse or VertisTM CanolaPRO® a protein isolate made from rapeseed, Nordmann is prepared to support customers addressing these trends.
Another spotlight is on enhancing the flavor and nutritional profiles of vegan and vegetarian foods, promoting FMP (flavors with modifying properties) aromas such as NSF-14, a natural flavor to improve the sensory properties of products.
Furthermore, Nordmann recently expanded its bakery and sugar confectionary portfolio with a wide range of toppings, coverings, and special ingredients like candied fruits, brittles, fudges and many more.
Besides all new products Nordmann also offers a broad portfolio of basics including thickeners, clean-label and organic starches, pH stabilizers, milk proteins, vitamins, flavors, food colorants, plant-based flavoring agents pre-mixes, and ready-made chocolate products.

Nordmann Living Lab for Food and Health Care
