Organic Potato Starch is made exclusively from high-quality organic starch potatoes grown by our contract farmers in Latvia and Finland. Our production process is carefully designed and documented, and quality is the number one priority for our committed growers.

Organic potato starch is extracted from organic potatoes mechanically through an extensive process of washing and then separating the starch present in potato cell walls so that it can be produced into powdered form. By using a modern production process we can guarantee the purity of our products. We take pride in responsible production, and our quality management system conforms to the ISO standard, FSSC 22000, BRC and GMP+. We are certified organic to the EU Regulation as well as KRAV; NOP; China Organic and JAS. We are Kosher and Halal certified. 

Organic potato starch is the best functional starch for organic food processors. It can be used as a thickener, viscosity builder, bulking agent, carrier and glu among others., We are experts in how to use native potato starch in various areas of food processing and we can offer our customers application support for developing organic products.  
Available also as Organic Cold-swelling (Pre-gel) potato starch and Organic Dried Potato Starch. We also produce Organic Baking Powder. 
Packaging: 25 kg paper bags and 1000 kg big bags. Shelf life: 4 years.
