SipaPro-Oat has a protein content of minimum 55%, a water holding capacity of 2,48 and a PDCAAS (Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score) of 0,59. SipaPro-Oat is a fine, light-brown powder. It has a light oat taste, which is an advantage compared to other, often intense flavoured, plant-based proteins.
