Product description
Sodium Alginate is the sodium salt of alginic acid
extracted from the cell walls of brown algae, Phaeophyceae, with chelating
activity. It is widely used in molecular gastronomy. It is a white powder,
odourless and tasteless, slowly soluble in water forming a viscous solution.
