SQzyme PCL - Pectinase

SQzyme PCL is a food grade concentrated liquid Pectinase derived from classical Aspergillus niger strain through traditional fermentation and advanced extraction technique. It is a general term for a variety of enzymes to break down pectin. SQzyme PCL consists of Polygalacturonase (PG), Pectin lyase (PL), Pectinmethylesterase (PME) and plenty of other side activities. It can be used in fruit and vegetable juice. Added after fruit crushing, it enables a fast viscosity reduction and a strong extraction of juice with high anthocyanin content. Added into juice, the pectin degradation is fast and complete. The product has no discoloring side activity and can be used for color juice.
