Brewzym BGL - Beta-Glucanase

Product description

Brewzym BGL is a food grade concentrated liquid β-glucanase derived from refined strain of Trichoderma reesei through cultivation and fermentation technique. It also contains high side activities of xylanase, cellulase and etc.. The β-glucan in barley contains about 90% β -1,3 bonds and 10% β -1,4 bonds. Exogenous addition of β-glucanase can effectively supplement the deficiency of β-glucanase in malt and achieve better brewing effect.
