Product description

SurroNov® is a range of dry and ready-to-use surrogate organisms. The SurroNov® surrogates are non-pathogenic bacteria that mimic the resistance of foodborne pathogens under different kinds of stress. As they are not pathogenic, the SurroNov® surrogates are used directly at plant- and pilot-scale to perform real-life process validation studies.
