About us

Founded in 2005, U.G.A. Nutraceuticals is one of the first Italian companies to formulate, produce and distribute highly purified Omega-3 supplements with certified quality. Omega-3 fatty acids are naturally occurring elements. We find them mainly both in cold-water fish (mackerel, halibut, sardines, salmon and herring) and within certain types of algae and crustaceans.

Their remarkable benefits to our well-being are widely recognized. Scientific research has proven several times their usefulness for heart health, improvement of hypertension, and maturation of the visual and nervous systems in the fetal brain during pregnancy.

We are based in Gubbio, one of the most picturesque villages in the Umbria region. Here the landscape is unspoiled and everyday life still takes place in close contact with nature.

While remaining true to tradition, we have grown a lot: we can now handle thousands of orders each year, confident that we offer our consumers maximum reliability in delivery.
