NaturaExtracta It began operations in 2006 with the objective of taking advantage of and adding value to the different varieties of Mexican chili peppers.

Over time, the company expands its lines to provide color, flavor and protection solutions in the food and beverage industries.

Since 2014, in alliance with Enzymotec, it has entered the bioactive market for the dietary supplements and functional foods sectors.
