Maxfry® GmbH was established in 2002. The family-owned company managed by its owners is engaged in development, production and distribution of vegetable ingredients for deep-frying oils and fats to improve their thermal and oxidative stability as well as the general performance in the deep-frying process. Our service portfolio is rounded off by comprehensive analytical services and counselling in the areas of fat systems, fat analyses and optimising of deep-frying processes and the uniquely comprehensive quality assessment of extra virgin olive oils.
