Different categories of proteins native, coagulated and hydrolysed are produced in our facility mainly contract based and sold by our customers. These proteins range from several vegetable proteins from fresh raw materials or side streams from production processes. Depending on the processes and applications the proteins will be native, coagulated and hydrolysed. Use of these proteins is replacers for current proteins in use, sports drinks, food supplements, binders etc.
