Product description

The world of sugar confectionery consists of two types of products: boiled sweets and fondant. The range of boiled sweets is very wide: fruit drops, acid drops, barley sugars, hard gums, toffee, butterscotch and caramel. Fondants are used widely for cake decoration.

Depending on the hardness, gloss and processability Fuji Oil Europe has different types of products that can be used for production of all types of boiled sweets and fondants.
