JELU-WERK is a medium-sized, family-run business. We process natural insoluble fibres into versatile functional food additives. We produce exclusively in Germany. Our functional dietary fibre concentrates of different origins, and the traditional additive cellulose, provide the food industry with many fields of application and usage options. Our functional additives retain moisture, do not form a gel, adjust the texture to the end product and improve the yield.

Numerous certificates, like FSSC 22000, PEFC, GMP+, HALAL, KOSHER and many more both for our raw materials and our products assure our outstanding quality.
