We, at Ulmer Nahrungsmittel GmbH, are a traditional family owned manufacturer of highly sophisticated, customised breadcrumb, breadcrumb mixes, coating systems, flour breadings, wheat flour and soft wheat semolina. Our mother company "Albert Mühlschlegel GmbH" had been founded in 1465. We are producing and developing in 4 modern production facilities in South and East Germany. Sustainability and traceability are very important facts to us and our customer. Therefore we do source our raw material "wheat" very close around our wheat flour mills. The wheat flour we do need for our crumb production and mixes, we do produce in our own facilities which are often on the same area as our crumb production and mixing facilities which guarantees very short transportation ways and reduced CO2 output. We are an engaged and reliable long term partner to our international acting customer in the meat, fish, convenience, snack, vegetarian and bakery industry in over 42 countries worldwide, as well as to our national and international operating retail customer.
