Fismer Lecithin is a
young company with many years' experience. For over 20 years, the team led by
Peter Fismer has been working to produce high-quality lecithin for foods,
nutritional supplements, technical applications and animal feed. Our portfolio
of product encompasses native as well as special lecithin derived from oil
seeds such as soya beans, rapeseeds and sunflower seeds. We offer them in
