Color offers colors from natural sources in both liquid and a unique crystal
format. Our colors are OU Kosher, Halal, and Non-GMO. In
2010, the company began using a proprietary technology converting fruits and
vegetables into dry, crystallized colors. These unique crystals differ
from typical spray dried colors because they are carrier
free, have fast solubility, are less dusty, offer an exceptionally high color concentration, and contribute zero calories to a
finished formulation. They are highly stable and suitable for a variety of applications including beverages, confection, bakery items, meat analogs, and more.
