Founded in Australia over 34 years ago, Homart Group is a leading brand-driven company specialising in premium health supplements, skincare, pet supplement, and functional dairy products. The business operates a fully vertically integrated model, encompassing brand development, marketing and sales, research and product innovation, and advanced manufacturing. 

Homart manages a diverse portfolio of 17 well-established brands, recognised for their quality and innovation across both domestic and international markets. The company has built a strong global footprint, with established operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Greater China, alongside continued expansion into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. 

Its purpose-built manufacturing facilities in Australia meet stringent global regulatory standards and are certified under cGMP, with accreditations including TGA, FDA, Organic, AQIS, NSW Food Authority, CFDA (China dairy import), and Halal.  
Homart completed the acquisition of the Thompson’s and Thursday Plantation brands, significantly expanding its brand portfolio and strengthening its market presence. The subsequent acquisition of Salt Labs further enhanced the Group’s portfolio and growth strategy. These strategic acquisitions strengthen Homart’s access to new brands, distribution channels, and geographic markets, while creating synergies through cross-brand leveraging and integration with its existing supply chain and manufacturing infrastructure.
