About us

Nutris d.o.o. is a Croatian producer of fava bean protein ingredients, driven by a simple mission: Making Food Better Together. Operating the world's first dedicated fava protein facility, Nutris develops clean, safe and scalable ingredients that upgrade everyday foods and active nutrition products: bakery, snacks, dairy and plant protein drinks, sports nutrition, and balanced meat and protein foods.

Our fava beans are grown by a network of 400+ partner farmers across Croatia. This ensures farm-to-batch traceability, low heavy-metal risk and secure year-round supply.

The portfolio is built on two flagship lines. Nutris Core™ is engineered for solid food formulations such as bakery, snacks and meat applications, delivering structure, texture and strong water-binding. Nutris Fluid™ is engineered for liquid applications such as protein shakes, RTD beverages, and dairy and plant protein drinks, and is optimised for solubility and smooth mouthfeel. Fava bean fibres and starch complete the range.

Key advantages include a neutral, clean taste with no masking required, patented chemical-free fractionation, and at least 85% protein content. All products are free from gluten, allergens and GMOs. Every product is also available in organic, with Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher and Halal certifications.
