About us

Seoul Propolis Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based biotechnology company specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of science-driven propolis ingredients and finished products. Established in 2003 as a research institute spin-off company of the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI), we have built more than 20 years of expertise in propolis research, proprietary technology, manufacturing, and commercialization.

Backed by clinical studies, scientific evaluations, and collaborative research with universities and medical institutions, Seoul Propolis develops scientifically validated and standardized propolis solutions for commercial applications.

The company holds 12 patents, with core technologies centered on water-soluble propolis and proprietary blended propolis formulations. Our WEEP® technology enhances the water dispersibility and application versatility of propolis, while our blending technology combines different botanical origins, including Brazilian Green and Brown Propolis, to create complementary and synergistic value.

With in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities, Seoul Propolis provides propolis extracts, powders, dietary supplements, oral care products, cosmetic ingredients, and customized OEM/ODM solutions. We also operate PROBEE, our in-house consumer brand, bringing our proprietary propolis technologies directly into scientifically developed finished products.
