About us

Standing Ovation is a French protein company specializing in precision fermentation. The company has developed its first patented ingredient, Advanced Casein®, which is produced with 10 times less CO2, and significantly less water consumption and land use than regular casein, while offering nutritional, functional and taste qualities on par with the animal-sourced protein. Standing Ovation will launch its flagship protein in the United States in 2025 and aims to be a global leader in the food and environmental transition. As a winner of the French Tech 2030 program, Standing Ovation has received government backing and support from leading shareholders for its industrialization, and signed a strategic partnership with the Bel Group in 2022.
