Based in Piedmont, in the heart of one of Europe’s most important hazelnut-growing areas, we combine direct knowledge of raw materials with advanced processing capabilities and a strong focus on customer-specific requirements.

Our portfolio includes whole roasted kernels, diced nuts, pure nut pastes, sweetened pastes, toasted flours, spreads and caramelized products, available in different origins, varieties, calibres, roasting profiles, particle sizes and packaging formats.

For Buyers, we provide a flexible sourcing model, diversified origins, strong supplier relationships and a production structure designed to support both annual contracts and spot requirements. Our close connection with growers, producer organizations and selected international suppliers allows us to manage availability, traceability and quality across different market conditions.

For R&D and Product Development teams, we offer a high degree of customization. Roasting profiles, granulation, paste texture, sensory characteristics and technical specifications can be adapted to the final application. Our made-to-order approach allows us to deliver freshly processed ingredients and develop solutions tailored to confectionery, bakery, pastry, gelato, snack and other industrial food applications.

Quality and consistency are at the core of our process. Raw materials and finished products undergo extensive internal and external controls, including aflatoxin, microbiological, moisture, sensory and technical analyses. More than 2,800 analyses are performed every year to ensure product safety, repeatability and compliance with customer specifications.

Piedmont Hazelnut PGI, Tonda Gentile Trilobata, represents one of our core specialties, alongside selected Italian and international hazelnut origins, almonds and pistachios.

Our quality and food safety system is supported by internationally recognized certifications including BRC and IFS. We can also offer Organic, Halal, Kosher and Rainforest Alliance certified products, together with dedicated traceability and sustainability solutions.
