NS2128E03 improves testosterone, performance, and recovery: translational insight from animal models to human trials

 A comprehensive translational research program, integrating preclinical investigations with a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, demonstrated the efficacy and safety of Xplonox™ in healthy, active males. Supplementation with Xplonox™ significantly increased both total and free testosterone levels, accompanied by marked improvements in muscle strength, including bench press, leg press, and handgrip performance, as well as enhanced treadmill endurance. Mechanistic analyses further demonstrated accelerated post-exercise muscle recovery through upregulation of the mTOR signalling pathway and significant reductions in biomarkers of muscle damage and fatigue, including lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK). Importantly, Xplonox™ exhibited an excellent safety profile, with no adverse events or clinically significant abnormalities reported throughout the study.
