Acesulfame K (Acesulfame Potassium) is a calorie free artificial sweetener. It is heat stable hence it can be used in baked products. It can also be combined with other sweetener to achieve a synergistic effect. It has distinct characteristics such as non-caloric, good solubility, synergistic, economical and good stability. It s 200-250 times more sweetener than sucrose. Applications: Food industry, personal care industry, beverage industry, dairy products industry and pharmaceutics.
