About
Company description
Our story begins in the 1990s in Brittany. The founding family has been developing customized and technological cheese solutions for the French and European food industry for 36 years.
Identifying the growing need for functional ingredients from food manufacturers wishing to manufacture locally while controlling their process and costs, the second generation of the family started AIF Ingredients in 2013.
The first pilot productions led rapidly to the opening of a manufacturing site in Theix (56) to develop and manufacture a wide range of functional ingredients for cheese preparations and sauces.
As our business continued to grow, we moved into a brand-new factory in Questembert in June 2025, enabling us to meet our growing needs and support our future development.
