Aust & Hachmann is a family-run vanilla specialist based in Hamburg, Germany. Since 1881, we have sourced natural vanilla from growing regions around the world and selected it with a clear focus on quality and the needs of our customers.
We turn this expertise into vanilla beans, cuts, seeds, powders, extracts and other products for the food industry. Processing in Hamburg, rigorous quality management and FSSC 22000-certified processes support reliable quality.
