axapearls™ 5 is a 5% natural astaxanthin powder from Haematococcus pluvialis, produced in Belgium using axabio's patented 4th-generation photobioreactors and microencapsulated with Nuversys' N-PEARLS™ technology. 

The result is a 50-micron, free-flowing powder with mechanical and thermal stability that protects astaxanthin from heat, light, and oxygen throughout processing, storage, and shelf life.

What sets axapearls apart is controlled release in the small intestine, ensuring maximum absorption where it matters most. 

The encapsulation also prevents cross-link reactions with other ingredients, unlocking formulation combinations that weren't previously possible with standard astaxanthin formats.
