BDF LACTASE L is a high purity concentrated enzime designed to be used in different lactose free products.BDF NISIN S is a bactericide preservative effective against a great number of Gram-positive bacteria, especially spore-forming bacteria such as Clostridium botulinum, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes and Bacillus subtilis (not active against Gram-negative bacteria, yeast or moulds). Prevents food products spoilage and improves their shelf life.
BDF NATAMYCIN LA is a natural fungicide of the polyene macrolide group, especifically produced for antimycotic treatment of dairy and meat products, not only for being effective against nearly all molds and yeasts, but also for inhibiting the production of their toxins.
