Product description

Dehydrated carrot (Daucus carota subsp. sativus var. atrorubens Alef), product obtained from fresh, washed, peeled and sorted carrot of onesort. Raw material before dehydration is optionally blanched and cut. Raw material is dehydrated mechanically with hot air and in hygienic environment. After dehydration carrot pieces are sieved, sorted, milled and packed into unit packages. Product contains 100% of pure dehydrated black carrot without any admixtures
