Calcium 2-aminoethyl phosphate (Ca-AEP or Ca-2AEP) is also known as calcium ethylamidophosphate (calcium EAP), calcium cosamine phosphate, calcium 2-aminoethyl phosphate, calcium 2-aminoethyl phosphate  2-AEP functions as a component of cell membranes and has the property of forming a complex with minerals. This mineral transporter enters the outer layer of the outer cell membrane, where it releases its associated minerals and metabolizes itself along with the structure of the cell membrane.
