Campden BRI to host microorganisms seminar
16 Jan 2018Campden BRI has announced that it will explore different approaches to separating microorganisms from each other to facilitate microbiological investigations into food contamination at a bacterial identification and typing seminar on 1 March 2018.
The identification of microorganisms is a fundamental part of microbiology, notes Campden BRI. Today, the company says, it is possible to go beyond the traditional ‘genus’ and ‘species’ naming of isolates to differentiate between ‘strains’ of the same species.
