COCOA BUTTER EQUIVALENTS

CHOCOMATE range of cocoa butter equivalents is a unique blend of palm oil and exotic fat such as illipe fat, sal oil, shea oil, kokum fat and/or mango kernel oil. It is manufactured through the process of fractionation and refining in accordance with Directive 2000/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
